Programme Overview

The Certificate in Office Management will equip you with the practical and interpersonal skills necessary in your role as office manager. By the end of the course you will be able to:

  • plan, manage and implement projects;
  • exhibit competency in financial management, records management, knowledge application;
  • recognise the importance of proper planning and time management in the office environment;
  • recognise the importance of Health and Safety regulations in the workplace.

Entry Requirements

Either of the following:

Academic Pathway

Grade B or above in IGCSE English and grade C or above in IGCSE Mathematics.

Technical Pathway

Mature candidates without IGCSE in Mathematics and English but with 2 years continuous work experience in a relevant field.

 Target Audience

Office assistants, secretaries and other office workers who wish to acquire the skills and knowledge needed to become an effective office manager.

Programme Details

Length: One and a half years

Format: 9 modules, a project of 6000 words and work based experience
