Ms. Joelle Perreau and Mrs Dongxia Wang attended the 2019 International Chinese Language Education Conference in Changsa, Hunan Province, China from 06th to 12th December 2019.
During the University Alliance of Liaoning Confucius Institute, Ms. Perreau signed the Alliance document for future cooperation of Confucius Institute affairs and other cooperation within the Liaoning Province, China.
