Thank you Dr. Justin Valentin
In the presence of the Chair of the Council, Mrs. Margaret Pillay, the outgoing Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Justin Valentin delivered his departing words to the staff and management of the university. On behalf of UniSey, the Director of Marketing, Ms. Dolivette Chang-Ko gave Dr. Valentin a miniature mace as a farewell gift which is used during the UniSey graduation ceremonies.
