This programme is offered by the University of Mauritius (UoM) in partnership with the University of Seychelles. The master’s programme is offered predominantly online through the Centre for Innovation Lifelong at UoM, with some face-2-face sessions and local support offered at UniSey.
The MEd in Educational Leadership enhances leadership skills and widens the knowledge of educational leaders. Skills needed to manage change as organisations move towards the vision for quality education will be enriched. The MEd programme will help educational leaders to become visionary, results oriented and competent professionals who can empower others to succeed and to lead.
2 years Part-Time (and maximum period of 5 years).

To be eligible for the Masters in Educational Leadership programme you must:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree
- Have worked in the education and/or training field for two or more years
- Have acted as an educational administrator, supervisor or manager for at least one year
- Be proficient in English.
MEd (Master’s Degree) is earned by accumulating by accumulating 36 credits (equivalent to 2400 notional hours) over a minimum period of 2 years (and maximum period of 5 years)
There are 2 exit points: Postgraduate Diploma (24 Credits) and Postgraduate Certificate (12 Credits)

The programme aims to produce highly competitive business administration graduates who can succeed in a business administration career in Seychelles and beyond through a curriculum responding to general administration needs of the domestic and international business contexts.
The programme is designed to equip learners with the knowledge of core social work theories, skills and values to undertake assessments and devise appropriate intervention strategies when working with individuals, families, groups, and communities on a wide range of social issues. This undergraduate programme also provides an ethos of learning that recognises and appreciates the diversity of the population it serves.
The programme was developed by the University of Seychelles to fill the need for professional training for youth workers in Seychelles. The curriculum reflects the competencies related to both local and international demands in youth work. This undergraduate programme is designed to offer learners the opportunity to engage in academic and fieldwork exercises that allow participants to interact with youth in the community.
