World Mental Health Day 2023
To commemorate World Mental Health Day 2023 
, Seychelles Defence Forces principal counsellor, Mrs. Beryl Dodin, organised a special talk about mental health done by Mrs. Naomie Vidot, a counsellor by profession from the University of Seychelles. Representatives from each unit of the SDF were present to understand the importance and support that is emphasised about this stigma.
