Nyasha Katsenga has been appointed as senior lecturer in european union law, tort law and property law. She graduated from the University of Nicosia of Cyprus with a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and obtained a Master of Law (LLM) in international trade, investment and business law from the University of the Western Cape. She has 5 years’ professional experience in academia, private sector and non-governmental organisations. She is currently a Doctor of Law (LLD) candidate at the University of the Western Cape in South Africa. Her doctoral study is an interdisciplinary law study, of which the central argument is: the economy is an antecedent to the realisation of most human rights.
