The University of Seychelles had the pleasure of welcoming Dr. Ash Rossiter, Associate Professor of International Security, in the Institute of International and Civil Security, Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Dr. Rossiter led a seminar on the 28th of June 2023, entitled the ‘Indo-Pacific strategies of the major powers and their consequences for the Western Indian Ocean and the Seychelles.
