Mr. Manatsa holds a Master of Laws degree from Stellenbosch University, South Africa and a Master of Arts Degree in Development Studies from the Midlands State University. He is currently a second year Doctoral Law Candidate (LLD/PhD with International Aspects of Law) with the North West University, South Africa.

Prior to joining UniSey, Mr. Manatsa was a lecturer at the Herbert Chitepo Law School at the Great Zimbabwe University, where he taught Environmental Law and Policy, Heritage Resources Law, Mining Law and Energy Law.
