Mr. Tony Robin Zarine is an experienced academic and leader with over two decades of expertise in higher education, ICT, and academic administration, both locally and internationally. He has served the University of Seychelles with distinction, most recently as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computing and Information Systems, and has previously held leadership positions in partner institutions abroad.

As Dean of FASD, he oversees the academic and strategic development of the Faculty, working closely with staff and students to advance the University’s mission of excellence in teaching, research, and community engagement.
