Year 3 BBA International Human Resource Management students visit to DoubleTree by Hilton Seychelles – Allamanda Resort & Spa
Yesterday, our Year 3 BBA students enrolled in the International Human Resource Management module undertook a field visit to the DoubleTree by Hilton Seychelles – Allamanda Resort & Spa.
The visit provided valuable experiential learning, linking classroom theory to real-world HR practices within an international hospitality environment. Students gained insights into international recruitment, performance management, talent development, and managing a multicultural workforce while learning how Hilton maintains global standards within the local Seychellois context.
