UniSey Hosts Job Evaluation and Salary Structure Workshop for HR Professionals
In collaboration with the Ministry of Employment and Human Resource Planning, UniSey hosted a full-day workshop on job evaluation and effective salary structures. The session brought together HR representatives from around 25 private-sector organisations for practical insights into job evaluation methodologies and salary structure design.
