INVITATION TO TENDER
Fixing and Relaying of Roofing – UniSey Auditorium

The University of Seychelles invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified contractors for the fixing and relaying of the roofing of the UniSey Auditorium, Anse Royale Campus. The scope of work includes the removal of the existing roof, repair/replacement of the roofing framework, and installation of new roofing materials, insulation, waterproofing, flashing, and drainage systems.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles
• Hold a valid Class 1 or Class 2 building contractor’s license
• Proven experience in at least two similar roofing projects within the last five years
• Tax compliance certificate from Seychelles Revenue Commission
• Demonstrated financial capacity and resources

Interested parties may request tender documents via email at fa********@*******ac.sc;  dh**@*******ac.sc  or collect them in person during working hours (08:00hrs to 16:00hrs) from Tuesday 01st July 2025 at either of the following campuses:

• Anse Royale Campus
• Mont Fleuri Campus

Site Visit & Pre-Bid Meeting:
A mandatory site visit will take place on Wednesday 16th July 2025 at 10:00hrs at the UniSey Auditorium, Anse Royal. Attendance is required for tender eligibility.

Submission Deadline:
Completed bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “TENDER FOR ROOFING WORKS – UNISEY AUDITORIUM – DO NOT OPEN BEFORE TENDER OPENING” and delivered to:

University of Seychelles
P.O. Box 1348, Anse Royale, Mahé

Deadline: Friday 25th July 2025 at 15:00hrs. Late submissions will be rejected.

Tender Opening:
Bids will be opened on Monday 28th July 2025 at 10:30hrs in Room A1/1 at the Anse Royale Campus.

The University of Seychelles reserves the right to accept or reject any tender, and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
