Ramp up Rise up Association
As part of our ongoing collaboration with the Family Department, UniSey and the Health and Social Care (HSC) unit hosted a workshop on accessible parking. The session brought together 15 participants from 8 different organizations to review policies and legislation, with the aim of proposing an improved disabled parking system for Seychelles.
The Ramp up Rise up Association led a discussion on the current status of disable parking in Seychelles and mobility challenges. A series of recommendations were agreed upon that will enable the development of an action plan aiming to establish a disabled parking system Seychelles.
This initiative is a direct outcome of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between UniSey and the Family Department, reinforcing our commitment to inclusivity and social development.
