UniSey Explores Partnership with IECD to Strengthen Early Childhood Education
The Vice-Chancellor recently met with the Chief Executive Officer and team from the Institute of Early Childhood Development (IECD) to discuss advancing the professionalisation of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) practitioners in Seychelles. The introductory meeting highlighted shared priorities in education, training, and capacity building, with both institutions expressing strong interest in collaboration. Plans are underway to develop a Memorandum of Understanding that will formalise a partnership aimed at enhancing qualifications and supporting the continued growth of the ECCE sector.
