The University of Seychelles (UniSey), in partnership with the Seychelles Institute of Teacher Education (SITE) and the Commonwealth of Learning (COL), has successfully completed a two-day Institutional Microcredential Policy Development Workshop. Officially opened by the Minister for Education and Human Resource Development, Mr David Pierre, the workshop supported the development of institutional microcredential policies aligned with the Seychelles Qualifications Authority’s National Microcredential Framework. The initiative marks an important milestone in expanding flexible learning opportunities, strengthening workforce development, and addressing the country’s evolving skills needs.
