UniSey Welcomes Côte d’Ivoire Delegation to Strengthen Blue Economy Collaboration
The University of Seychelles was honoured to welcome a delegation from Côte d’Ivoire, led by Minister Sidi Tiémoko Touré, Minister of Animal and Fisheries Resources, accompanied by Blue Economy experts and senior government officials.
During their visit, the delegation engaged with the Blue Economy Research Institute (BERI) to learn about Seychelles’ Blue Economy journey, ongoing research initiatives, and the vital role of science, innovation, and collaboration in advancing sustainable development.
The visit highlighted the importance of international partnerships and knowledge exchange in building a resilient and sustainable Blue Economy.
