The Director defines, executes, and oversees the overall strategy for the University’s Marketing and Communications programmes.  

She is responsible for developing, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing and communications programmes that will enhance the University’s image and facilitate internal and external communications.

She oversees the University’s social media presence, website and preparation of collateral materials; develops communications plans for events and special projects and ensures that the University’s communications and event programmes promote a positive, engaged and consistent brand. 


The Director of Marketing, Communications and Stakeholders’ Engagement chairs meetings of relevant committees – Graduation, Anniversary Lecture, Marketing and Communications Committee etc.. 

Ms. Chang-Ko is a board member of SALS and  the Secretary on the Board of Directors of NISA.

  • Professional Diploma in Marketing – CIM Chartered Institute of Marketing
  • BSc (Hons) Human Resource Management – University of Wolverhampton
