Mr. Esparon is responsible for maintenance and facilities support.

Provides efficient and effective caretaking support including ensuring the security and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standards. The incumbent is required to perform routine maintenance tasks and other minor jobs at UniSey location or facility in accordance with the Institution’s quality and customer service standards. He maintains the outdoor areas with duties, including: sweeping, raking and hosing exterior spaces; performs precautionary maintenance tasks on a regular basis such as checking for loose wires, cleaning and replacing old and damaged tools and properly setting up equipment in the work area.
