Mr. David Bonnelame is a key player in managing and maintaining UniSey’s network and hardware infrastructure, specializing in Level 2 Helpdesk support.

In this role, he takes the lead in configuring, deploying, and managing Wi-Fi access points, ensuring seamless connectivity across UniSey. His deep understanding of networking protocols and security measures helps maintain a robust and secure wireless environment. In addition to his networking duties, he serves as the primary point of contact for hardware-related issues, skilfully identifying and rectifying problems with servers, workstations, and various peripherals. He also has a strong proficiency with Mac devices and a deep understanding of Mac OS and related software. His technical skills are crucial in minimizing downtime and enhancing system performance, making him a valuable contributor to the operational efficiency and security of UniSey’s IT infrastructure.
