Mr. Solomampionona Andriamisharisoa
As the Senior System Support officer, Mr. Solo Andriamisharisoa serves as a cornerstone of technical support and expertise within UniSey.
Reporting directly to the Director of Information Technology, he is responsible for providing Level 3 Helpdesk support, troubleshooting complex software and hardware, network issues that require specialized knowledge and skills. In addition to handling high-level support inquiries, Solo develops guidance and support materials to assist in resolving Level 3 issues.
Beyond technical responsibilities, he plays a key role in supervising and mentoring Level 1 and Level 2 support officers, ensuring that the IT department functions smoothly and effectively in serving the needs of the university.
