As the inaugural Head of the UniSey Centre for Innovation, Ms. Daman leads the strategic development and operations of UCI. Her role focuses on building an innovation ecosystem for Seychelles through accelerator programmes, international partnerships, and entrepreneurship training. She also spearheads fundraising and stakeholder engagement to ensure UCI’s sustainability and impact.

provide oversight, visibility, and partnerships that strengthen UCI’s national and regional impact.
