Pricillina Durbarry is a Senior Lecturer and Assistant Head of Department in the Faculty of Arts and Social Development at the University of Seychelles. She is actively involved in delivering lectures, seminars, and tutorials, while designing and developing courses, modules, and teaching materials.

Her teaching approach incorporates innovative methods to reflect contemporary research developments. She also assesses students’ coursework, sets, marks, and moderates examinations and assessments, and supervises student research projects, including final-year undergraduate dissertations.

Beyond teaching, Pricillina contributes to departmental activities, such as student admissions, induction programmes, and committee and board participation. She is actively engaged in professional conferences and seminars within her field and establishes collaborative links with other academic institutions, as well as with industrial, commercial, and public organisations.
