Ms. Marcel brings over 16 years of experience in the public sector, with extensive expertise in administration, stakeholder coordination, organisational support and relationship management.

 

As an International and Local Engagement Officer at the University of Seychelles, she works closely with internal and external partners to facilitate engagement opportunities that contribute to the University’s strategic objectives. Her strong organisational skills, commitment to service excellence and collaborative approach support the continued growth of meaningful partnerships and community engagement initiatives.
