This programme is offered by the University of Mauritius (UoM) in partnership with the University of Seychelles. The master’s programme is offered predominantly online through the Centre for Innovation Lifelong at UoM, with some face-2-face sessions and local support offered at UniSey.
The MA in Educational Leadership enhances leadership skills and widens the knowledge of educational leaders. Skills needed to manage change as organisations move towards the vision for quality education will be enriched. The MA programme will help educational leaders to become visionary, results oriented and competent professionals who can empower others to succeed and to lead.

To be eligible for the Masters in Educational Leadership programme you must:
MEd (Master’s Degree) is earned by accumulating by accumulating 36 credits (equivalent to 2400 notional hours) over a minimum period of 2 years (and maximum period of 5 years)
There are 2 exit points: Postgraduate Diploma (24 Credits) and Postgraduate Certificate (12 Credits)
